• All services require a deposit.

• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE (No exceptions) — Deposits are transferrable if rescheduling is done before 48 hours of your appointment.

Any rescheduling needs to be done within 48 hours of your appointment; otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.

• You will automatically lose your deposit for last-minute cancellations and will be charged a $25 fee.

• Rescheduling within less than 24 hours is considered a last-minute cancellation and you will be charged a $25 fee upon rescheduling.

• No-shows will be banned from booking any future appointments and will be charged the remainder to their CC on file.

Refills can be booked with any of our talented artists, though we highly recommend staying with the same artist for consistency and optimal results.

Types of Refills:

• Mini Refill (Within 3 to 7 days of your last appointment):

  – Ideal for quick touch-ups : $65 for any lash service

• Standard Refill (2–2.5 Weeks)

  – Industry standard

  – Booked within 14-18 days of your last appointment (Anything beyond is considered an extended refill)

• Extended Refill (3–3.5 Weeks)

  –We welcome extended refills at a premium rate, as Beaute Mark takes pride in long-lasting, high-retention results.

  – Booked within 19-25 days of your last appointment (Anything beyond is considered a full set)

Important:

A minimum of 40–50% of your lash extensions must remain to qualify as a refill. Otherwise, a full set will be required.
